Death Metal? Groove Metal? A combination of the two? Yes. Count me in. Although just a short blast of an EP and coming in just around the thirteen-minute mark, this Texas group are able to showcase the brutality, the technical prowess of face melting riffage, and the onslaught that I'm sure they have prepared for the future. This release just beckons the groove laden styles of Pantera combined with a much grimier dose of old school Florida death metal. I'm very impressed with the talents shown here and can't wait for a proper full length from these dudes. (Bonus points for using Metroid footage in their video)
